Tonight's Must-See

"Frasier," 8 p.m., NBC. The old "Cheers" gang reassembles in this fairly funny rerun. Traveling to Boston with his family, Frasier Crane has no intention of seeing his old bar buddies. He bumps into Cliff at the airport, though, and is soon being hauled to a party with Carla and Norm. The result isn't as funny as a regular "Frasier" (reunion shows rarely are) but it has some great moments. Norm and Martin bond over beer and watch Niles' eyes light up when he meets people who have embarrassing stories about his brother.

Of Note

"JAG," 7 p.m., CBS. This rerun concludes a two-parter in which Bud is charged with dereliction. Harm is his defense lawyer.
