Newlyweds

Camille Chee, daughter of Ernest and Yuko Chee of 'Ewa Beach, and Keven Teshima, son of Nancy Teshima of 'Oma'o, Kaua'i, and the late Hideo Teshima, were married Nov. 17, 2001, at Kawaiaha'o Church. The reception followed at the Hale Koa Hotel. The bride (St. Francis High), now Camille Teshima, is a bi-plex rooms manager for a hotel. The groom (Kaua'i High), formerly of 'Oma'o, is a cook at a high school. They live in 'Ewa Beach.

Dierdre Dawn Dick, daughter of Daniel and Margie Dick of Coraopolis, Pa., and Drew Emerson Pumarejo, son of Oscar and Faye Pumarejo of New Cumberland, Pa., were married April 13 in Waimanalo. The bride (1993 West Allegheny High in Imperial, Pa.), now Dierdre Dawn Pumarejo, formerly of Coraopolis, is an administrative assistant. The groom (1980 Central Dauphin East High in Harrisburg, Pa., Excelsior College associate's), formerly of Harrisburg, is a command sergeant major in the Army. He has a daughter, Andrea Pumarejo, 15. The couple lives in Mililani.

Engagements

Michelle Ito and Kurt Yamamura have announced their engagement. Ito, of Honolulu, is the daughter of Barbara and Nils Ito of Honolulu. Yamamura, of Ha'iku, is the son of Sue and Theo Yamamura of Ha'iku. They plan to marry Aug. 17 in Honolulu.

Marianne Yukiko Teruya and Kenneth Jiro Nagakura have announced their engagement. Teruya, of Mililani, is the daughter of Wilfred S. and Hazel A. Teruya of Mililani. Nagakura, of 'Aiea, is the son of Gertrude Nagakura of 'Aiea. They plan to marry Aug. 3 in Kapahulu.
