Melody-Lynn Tolentino Bustos and Horacio Albert Bustos of Honolulu celebrated their first wedding anniversary March 31. They were married March 31, 2001, in Kalihi. They have a son, Miguel Alejandro Horacio Bustos.

Mary Jane Correa and Daniel stephen Correa Sr. of Honolulu celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a dinner party given by their children Jan. 12 at St. Stephen's Church. The Correas were married Jan. 12, 1952, in Honolulu. They have six children — Daniel Correa Jr., Dottie Iwaishi, Margie Iglesia, Marcie Shima, Darlene Chang and Marilynn Correa — and 10 grandchildren.

Dwayne Alfonzo Harvey of Pearl City celebrated his first birthday June 20. Dwayne was born June 20, 2001, to Richard and Maritza Harvey.
