As part of a nationwide expansion plan, local plate-lunch restaurant L&L Drive-Inn on July 11 will open its first restaurant in Nevada, in Henderson, 15 miles from the Las Vegas Strip.
The company, which two years ago began opening restaurants on the Mainland, has 12 in California and one in Oregon. Company founder and co-owner Eddie Flores Jr. said six more openings in California and one in Washington are planned this year, to be followed by new L&L in Arizona, Colorado and Utah.
