"Friends," 7 p.m., NBC. This rerun offers proof that "Friends" has had a great season. The goofiest part involves Chandler, who for five years hasn't corrected a co-worker who calls him "Toby." Meanwhile, Phoebe is drawn to a guy who works for Monica — who wants to fire him. Rachel is on a date with a handsome actor from Joey's soap opera. Ross is upset because she is pregnant with his child.
