Tonight's Must-See

"America's Junior Miss Scholarship Pageant," 8 p.m., Pax TV. For 44 years, women have competed in the national finals of Junior Miss. Many returned to oblivion, but some — Diane Sawyer, Deborah Norville, Kim Basinger, Kathie Lee Gifford — found fame. Representing Hawai'i will be Hana High School senior Camille Coates, who is Princeton University-bound in the fall to study environmental law.

Of Note

"Lizzie McGuire," 7:30 p.m., Disney Channel. Lizzie, played by likeable teen actress Hilary Duff, starts to get full of herself.

"The X-Files," 8 p.m., Fox. A convict uses DNA evidence to get freed. Doggett is suspicious because he saw the crime.
