Wilson wins in Japan

Kane'ohe's Dean Wilson fired a 5-under-par 67 today to claim a one-stroke victory over Japan's Kiyoshi Miyazato in the Mizuno Open in Kasaoka, Japan.

Wilson, who won the Tsuruya Open in April, finished at 11-under 277 at the Setonaikai Golf Club.

Miyazato, who started the day one stroke behind Wilson, also shot a 67 for 278.

Hawai'i's David Ishii shot a 73 and ended at 295.
