'Ewa home burns

A two-bedroom home in 'Ewa Beach was heavily damaged by fire last night.

Fire Department spokesman Capt. Kenison Tejada said the 7:10 p.m. fire at 91-231 Fort Weaver Road was intentionally set. Police detectives were called.

The 45-year-old man who lives at the home was at a neighbor's house when the fire broke out, Tejada said. Damage was estimated at $120,000 to the building and its contents.
