Korean baseball team holding clinic

The Hanwha Eagles of the Korean Professional Baseball League is hosting a clinic tomorrow for the Waipi'o Little League at noon at the Central O'ahu Regional Park.

The Eagles are one of several teams that come to Hawai'i for spring training. The team has been training at the park.

Parents with children 5-18 who live in Waikele, Waipi'o, Crestview, Seaview and Mililani are invited to attend.

A potluck will be held as part of the clinic.

WALKING

• AIDS walk: The 11th annual Life Foundation AIDS Walk begins at 9 a.m. tomorrow at Kapi'olani Park.

The three-mile walk around the park is a benefit for the foundation's programs that educate the public about HIV and AIDS, and to assist those who have HIV. Money is raised through pledges. Registration for the walk begins at 8 a.m. on race day.

A fair will be held, including e ntertainment, food booths and games.
