Tonight's Must-See

"Dharma & Greg," 7 p.m., ABC. Last week's mildly funny episode sets up the terrific one tonight. Things started when Greg's dad had a heart attack, then stepped away from the company. Now Greg has reluctantly stepped in. His new colleagues are suspicious. His old ones, played by Joel Murray (Bill's brother) and Yeardley Smith (the voice of Lisa from "The Simpsons"), are upset. And his mom has wild redecorating schemes. That provides the backdrop for more complications. Dharma, dressed as superhero "The Blond Tornado," is in the middle of a holdup attempt. Soon, she's considered a hero and Greg is mocked.

Of Note

"Undeclared," 7:30 p.m., Fox. For its final episode of the season, this above-average comedy imports some star power. Ben Stiller plays the father of Lizzie's former boyfriend. He spouts some lame advice.

"24," 8 p.m., Fox. Jack (Keifer Sutherland) has been trying to prevent an assassination of presidential candidate David Palmer (Dennis Haysbert). Now Jack is still considered a suspect. Tonight he meets Palmer.

"Frasier," 8 p.m., NBC. Frasier frets about his son's spelling bee.

"Scrubs," 8:30 p.m., NBC. Last week, the oft-confident Dr. Cox was overwhelmed by a seductive med student, played by Kelli Williams. Tonight, he faces her, plus Carla and his ex-wife.

"Random Years," 9:30 p.m., UPN. This is emerging as a fun youth comedy. Tonight, Alex (Will Friedle) has a possessive girlfriend who simply won't be dumped. Meanwhile, Casey (Natalia Cigliuti) desperately needs a new apartment.

"Philly," 9 p.m., ABC. After a long pause this show returns. Tonight, Kathleen (Kim Delaney) battles a district attorney with strong political connections. Now her ex-husband (Kyle Secor), an assistant DA, fights her firm.

"The Shield" premiere, 9 p.m., cable's Fx. Here's the start of a tough episode in which Michael Chiklis ("The Commish") heads a tough Los Angeles police unit. Tonight's episode (rated TV-Mature, which is rare outside cable) involves a murder and a kidnapping.
