Hawai'i-based home furnishings company INspiration will open its third store this year in Vancouver, British Columbia.
INspiration will take over a 60,000-square-foot showroom and distribution center in June and plans to open the store in August.
Thomas Sorensen opened INspiration home furnishings store at Pearlridge Shopping Center in 1997.
The second showroom and flagship store is scheduled to open early next year in the new Honolulu Design Center at 1015 Kapi'olani Blvd. Sorensen purchased the property, which formerly housed the Flamingo Chuckwagon, and is building a 110,000-square-foot center for INspiration's flagship store and other stores selling home and office products.
