Musashimaru still unbeaten

OSAKA, Japan — Yokozuna (grand champion) Musa-shimaru won his ninth bout, pushing No. 5 maegashira (senior wrestler) Toki out of the ring yesterday to keep a perfect record and first place at the 15-day Spring Grand Sumo Tournament.

Musashimaru (Wai'anae's Fiamalu Penitani) easily fought off an attempt by Toki before gripping his waist and walking him out of the ring. Toki fell to 6-3.

Ozeki (champion) Kaio is alone in second at 8-1.
