Tonight's Must-See

Figure skating, 7 p.m., ABC. At the Olympics, four great skaters were separated by numbers so tiny that only a computer could understand. In a sort of a replay, this is the women's world championship finals, which were taped earlier in the day in Nagano, Japan.

Of Note

Basketball, 8 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m., CBS. By the end of tonight, we'll know two of the final four teams in the NCAA championship.

"On the Waterfront" (1954), 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., AMC. Marlon Brando, Rod Steiger and Eva Marie Saint in a powerful story of a dock worker challenging a racketeer.
