MONDAY

  • "CREATIVE NATIVE CUISINE," a segment of "Hawai'i Cooks with Roy Yamaguchi," 7:30 p.m. KHET. This unusual television program, not about Hawai'i regional cuisine at all, features Loretta Barrett Oden, a leading proponent of Native American cuisine who is half Potawatomi Indian, grew up on a reservation in Oklahoma and is owner of Corn Dance Cafe in Santa Fe, N.M., dedicated to serving foods indigenous to America's native cultures.
