- Libraries: All closed Friday and Easter Sunday.
- heBus: state holiday schedule (with Express service, and slightly reduced, regular weekday service for major military bases and downtown).
- On-street parking: Free, except for Kalakaua Avenue metered stalls along Kapi'olani Park; holiday towaway zone parking as permitted by sign; municipal lots must be fed.
