• Sterling Lau is the lead investigator in the state attorney general's investigation of Memorial Mortuary in Hilo. Donald Wong is chief of the department's investigation division. Information in a Local News story posted yesterday was incorrect because of a reporter's error.

• Wallis Punua took the photo of shark attack victim Hokuanu Aki that was on Page 1 yesterday. Because of editors' errors, both of their names were misspelled, in a photo caption and photo credit in a Local News story posted yesterday.

• Three members of the Okinawan Senior Club at Lanakila Multi-Purpose Senior Center who are 99 years old will be honored at the center today. They are Chiyo Kochi, Kame Teruya and Kenichi Kaneshiro. Their ages were incorrect in a column posted yesterday because of a reporter's error.
