• A tugboat that will serve ships in Pearl Harbor has been named after Rep. Neil Abercrombie. His title was incorrect in a caption on the Local News cover page yesterday because of errors by a photographer and an editor.

• The crewman who was killed in the fire on the Insiko 1907 was from the People's Republic of China. A Local News story posted Sunday was incorrect because of an editor's error.
