The woman entered the lobby elevator at the complex, 1245 Maunakea St., at 7 a.m. April 2, according to police reports. The robber, the only other passenger, allegedly pulled a gold necklace from her neck and pushed her out of the elevator when it reached her floor.

The man is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighing 140 pounds. He has a tan complexion, black straight hair and was wearing a sleeveless T-shirt and a dark baseball cap.
