Tonight's Must-See

"The West Wing," 8 p.m., NBC. The stakes are high again tonight. The president and his staff face the possibility of a terrorist attack over a broad area. C.J., however, has her own problems. Last week, we learned that the stalker has been catching every detail of her life. We also briefly met the Secret Service agent (Mark Harmon) protecting her. He's handsome and zealous; and over the next three episodes, he'll be a controlling part of her life. Meanwhile, Toby plays tough with TV executives about the next convention. Ron Silver returns to his role as a political consultant.

Of Note

"My Wife and Kids," 7 p.m., ABC. Kelly Coffield Park ("In Living Color") and Larry Miller play an annoying couple at a bowling alley.

"Felicity," 7 p.m., WB. Early in this show's life, Noel (Scott Foley) was paired with Hanna (Jennifer Garner). They broke up, but the actors married in real life. Now Garner, the "Alias" star, returns and the two meet again.

"American Family," 8 p.m., PBS. It's time for another flashback. This time Jess (Edward James Olmos) recalls his time in the Korean War.
