ALBERT TATSUMI IGA, 74, of Kent, Wash., formerly of Hilo, Hawai'i, died April 23, 2002. Born in Hilo. An electrical engineer retired from Boeing Corporation. WALTER KIHOI, 79, of Kane'ohe, died May 5, 2002. Born in Waimea, Hawai'i. A heavy equipment operator retired from the City & County of Ho-nolulu. A member of Veterans of Foreign Wars who served in the U.S. Army. MARJORIE CROW MACQUEEN, 79, of Sequim, Wash., died May 5, 2002. Born in Koloa, Kaua'i. Former owner of and riding instructor at Hillside Stables, Kaua'i. Also executive director of the Oahu Unit of the American Cancer Society. Later advertising manager at Honolulu Magazine and manager of Waikiki Beach Press, Japanese edition. Survived by sister, Betty Crow Hock; daughters, Marilyn Santiago and Diane Ralston; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Graveside service at Lihue Public Cemetery in September.
