Tonight's Must-See

• "Masterpiece Theatre: The Road from Coorain," 9 p.m., PBS. Jill Ker Conway's life has had an awesome sweep. At one extreme, she grew up on a drought-ravaged sheep ranch in Australia. At another, she was an American scholar, the first female president of Smith College. Now her memoir has been turned into this superb movie, filled with stunning, sprawling views of the Aussie landscape.

Of Note

• "Dinotopia," 7 p.m., ABC; concludes tomorrow. Two half-brothers survived a plane crash and found a mysterious island where people and dinosaurs live in harmony. Tonight, their adventures continue.

• "Fear Factor," 7 p.m., NBC. This starts a two-parter in which the year's 13 winners compete for a $100,000 prize.

• "Ally McBeal," 8 p.m., FOX. In its second-to-last episode, Kyra Sedgwick plays someone who has two personalities, and hires Liza and Ally for opposite sides of a case.
