Tonight's Must-See

• "Frasier" (8 p.m.) and "Scrubs" (8:30 p.m.); both NBC. Last week's terrific "Frasier" left Roz and Frasier out of town and vulnerable. She'd just broken up with her boyfriend; he'd been hammered by criticism when his show went to Spokane. Tonight things deepen. She doesn't want to admit to her family that she's alone again so he accompanies her to Wisconsin. Last week's "Scrubs" introduced Brendan Fraser as Ben, Dr. Cox's friend and former brother-in-law. At the end of the show, Ben learned he has leukemia. Tonight the aftershocks begin.

• "Dinotopia" conclusion, 7 p.m., ABC. The first two nights of this miniseries have sometimes dragged. The finale, however, hits full throttle. The setting is an island where people and dinosaurs have been co-existing. One newcomer (played by Wentworth Miller) has studied to be a pilot; another (Tyron Leitso) works at a hatchery. Both swoon for the mayor's daughter (Katie Carr). Now the brothers are lured into a shaky scheme just as swooping carnivores endanger the island.
