Tonight's Must-See

Daytime Emmy Awards, 8 p.m., CBS. Even if you don't watch daytime shows, you might find this fun. This year Rosie O'Donnell, Montel Williams, "The View" and "Live with Regis and Kelly" battle for best talk show. Oprah Winfrey, the consistent winner, no longer enters. The soap competition has two ABC shows competing against each other for the Outstanding Drama award ("All My Children" and "One Life to Live") and two from CBS ("As the World Turns" and "The Young and the Restless"). "All My Children" leads with 21 nominations, including two for best actor (Jack Scalia and Vincent Irizarry) and two for best actress (Susan Lucci and Finola Hughes). Other actor nominees are Peter Bergman of "The Young & The Restless," Hunt Block of "As the World Turns" and Robert Newman of "Guiding Light." Other actress nominees are Martha Byrne and Colleen Zenk Pinter of "As the World Turns" and Susan Flannery of "The Bold and the Beautiful." Kelly Ripa is in both worlds. She's nominated as talk-show host (with Regis Philbin) and as supporting actress (in "All My Children.)
