Soar, swim on a magical journey

Children of all ages can take a make-believe journey to explore the marine life and diverse bird species that call Hawai'i home in "From the Sea to the Sky," a presentation by 'Ohi'a Productions and written by Lisa Matsumoto. Performances are 7:30 p.m. Friday and 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Kamehameha Schools' Ke'elikolani Theatre.

The show will feature two plays: "In the Clear Blue Sea" and "Wings of the Islands," both of which combine song, dance and humor to teach people how to look after the Earth's creatures and environment. Tickets are $12 for adults; $10 for seniors age 65 and older and military personnel and students with a valid I.D.; and $7 for children under 12. Call 484-8800 for details.
