Tonight's Must-See

• "24" finale, 8 p.m., Fox. One of TV's most ambitious efforts wraps up. Principal good guy is Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) of the Counter Terrorist Unit. The evil mastermind is Victor Drazen (Dennis Hopper).

• "Na Hoku Hanohano Awards" 7:30 p.m., KFVE. Hawai'i's recording industry celebrates its top recording artists and the 25th anniversary of the prestigious awards. Leading nominees are singer and composer Sean Na'auao and The Mana'o Company.

Of Note

• "That '70s Show," 7 and 7:30 p.m., FOX. First is a new episode with Donna found drunk in the middle of the day. Then comes a rerun with Jackie running for Snow Queen at the prom.

• "JAG," 7 p.m., CBS. Terrorists plan to attack American ships. Heroes race to stop them.
