• The University of Hawai'i-Manoa's new chancellor, Peter Englert, was in New Zealand on Friday and was interviewed by telephone for a Local News story posted Saturday. Because of an editor's error, the story contained incorrect information.

• The "Faces and Places in Israel and Palestine" video program at the Tenney Theatre will be May 30. The wrong date was listed in Saturday's religion briefs because of an editor's error.
