If you're in a bad mood, TOUGH!

Bah, humbug. If it's not one thing, it's another. Now a stress management business in Kalamazoo, Mich., has gone and declared today the Great American Grump-Out. Seems organizer Janice Hathy, president of Smile Mania, was concerned over a recent study that found most Americans experience "an overwhelming amount of rudeness" from other people. Hathy's answer is to have at least one day in which Americans turn their frowns upside down by wearing something with a smile on it. She also suggests implementing a "Frown Fine" at home.

Harrumph.
