• Wayne Kaohi, who is serving a sentence for burglary in a Mainland prison, has never been convicted of murder and has no connection with organized crime. A Local News story posted Friday was erroneous because of information provided by a news source.

• Blake McElheny wrote a letter to the editor yesterday.

• No incumbents live in state Senate District 12 (Iwilei, Kaka'ako, Waikiki). A Local News story posted Monday had an incomplete list because of a page designer's error.
