TGIF Weekend

Miles Maeda to spin at Maze

The invasion of Mainland spin masters at the Maze nightclub continues this week with veteran house DJ and producer Miles Maeda, a San Diego native and former Chicagoan who will bring his brand of deep, abstract house music to the club from 10 p.m. Saturday to 4 a.m.

Maeda will head a lineup that includes DJs Scottie Soul, B. McCarthy, Pachi and Eli, as well as Japanese dance troupe Ginko Maraschino; Billy G. and Gary O in the hip-hop room; Jimmy James and Archangel playing progressive in the lounge; and Mase with special guests spinning drum 'n' bass in the Milk Bar. Tickets are $10 for 21 and older, $15 for ages 18-20. 921-5800.
