Baby's injuries investigated
Police are investigating severe injuries suffered by a 6-month-old child who was transferred Saturday from Kahuku Hospital to Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children. The child has a fractured skull.
Man charged in temple burglary
Police have charged a 22-year-old man in the burglary of a Mo'ili'ili temple on Saturday. Joau Perreira is being held in lieu of $10,000 bail on a charge of second-degree burglary.
Employees surprised a man inside the temple, which had been locked, at about 11:45 a.m.
