COOK'S TIPS
Get the most out of your garlic

To make flavored olive oil and preserve garlic at the same time, place peeled garlic cloves in a shallow baking dish, cover with olive oil and bake in a 375-degree oven until tender. Remove and strain oil for later use. Store garlic in airtight container in refrigerator.
