Advertiser Staff

In the third round of the Champions Tour Qualifying Thursday, Waialae Country Club's Chuck Davis shot a final-round 83 yesterday to finish at 307 and failed to qualify at the Champions Tour Qualifying School yesterday at the PGA Southern California Golf Club in Calimesa, Calif.

Lee rained out: Waipahu's Regan Lee remained in a tie for 50th place at the PGA Tour Qualifying School's Second Stage after weather forced the final round to be pushed back until today. Lee is at 224 after three rounds at Seaside, Calif.

The low 21 golfers, and ties, will advance to the final stage of the qualifying school.
