JAMES Y.T. CHOW, 84, of Belmont, Calif., formerly of Honolulu, died Nov. 11, 2002. Born in Hilo, Hawai'i. A U.S. Navy Pearl Harbor survivor, and Postal Service employee. Survived by children, Priscilla, Paula, Pamela, Patrick, Peter, Philip and Prescott; 11 grandchildren; siblings, Margaret Mochizuki, Blossom Lee, Bette, Robert, Leonard and Donald; uncle, former U.S. Sen.
