Tonight's Must-sees

"The Sixth Sense" (1999), 7 p.m., ABC. M. Night Shyamalan wrote a sharp script with a surprise, then directed it skillfully. Bruce Willis and Haley Joel Osment are a psychologist and a boy who sees dead people.

"Hunter: Return to Justice," 8 p.m., NBC. When "Hunter" fans last saw Dee Dee McCall (Stepfanie Kramer) 12 years ago, she was leaving town. The show died a year later. Now this movie — possibly the first of several — brings her and star Fred Dryer as Hunter back together. McCall is in San Diego, engaged to a rich guy who's running for mayor.

Of Note

"Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" (2001), 6 p.m., HBO. Brush up on this movie before catching its sequel, which is in theaters.
