Workers' comp topic of series

The Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii has scheduled a small-business education series on workers' compensation.

The first session is on the rising costs of workers' compensation and tips for getting the best quote. It will be held from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Dec. 5 in the third-floor conference room at 1132 Bishop St.

The second session is on preventing workplace injuries and will be on Jan. 21. There is a fee. For information call, 545-4300.
