SUNHILD HAMPSON, 88, also known as Edith Sunhild Hampson, of Honolulu, died Nov. 17, 2002. Born in Poland. Retired puppeteer known as the "Puppet Lady." Survived by nephew in Germany and many friends in Germany, England, New Zealand and the United States. Private memorial services with scattering of ashes at a later date. CARROLL MARK HAYGOOD, 87, of Kea'au, Hawai'i, died Nov. 19, 2002. Born in Cheyenne, Wyo. A World War II veteran and retired airplane machinist.
