City Bank plans Kaua'i branch

City Bank plans to open a branch office in the Ben Franklin Crafts Store in Lihu'e on Nov. 16. The branch will be City Bank's first on Kaua'i.

City Bank, a subsidiary of CB Bancshares Inc., will have 21 branches with the addition of the Kaua'i site.
