• "FEDERAL DOLLARS AND SENSE FOR WOMEN," a conference designed to help female small-business owners obtain federal contracts will be from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. tomorrow and Wednesday at Kapolei Hale, 1000 Ulu 'Ohia St. The event, sponsored by the Hawai'i Business Center, will include representatives of the U.S. Small Business Administration, General Services Administration, and the Army and Navy. • A free COMPUTER BOOT CAMP is offered from 3 to 4 p.m. Tuesdays to all small-business owners interested in using computer technology to improve and expand business operations.
