2nd Annual Food & Wine Festival, with guest chefs David Burke, Michael Ginor, Kenneth Oringer, Douglas Rodriguez and others, Kahala Mandarin Oriental; with a reception featuring tasting menus, cheeses, a sushi bar and satay, 7-9 p.m. today, $65 per person; also, "Indulgence," a six-course cuisine, 7-10 p.m. tomorrow, Kahala O Ke Kai, $325 per person; cooking class with gourmet dishes and wine tasting, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, Maile Ballroom, $100 per person; eight-course gourmet dinner, 6-10 p.m. Saturday, Hoku's, $275 per person. 739-8890.
