TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE

"ER," 9 p.m., NBC. Sharif Atkins has key storylines tonight as Dr. Michael Gallant. He confronts Pratt over the care of an Army Ranger. He is also upset by the treatment of an elderly woman. And viewers have a growing question: Why does Weaver seem unsettled and incompetent?

"Friends," 7 p.m., NBC. Having learned a valuable lesson — never agree to something after dozing off in a meeting — Chandler is in Oklahoma. Monica meets him there and frets about him. Meanwhile, Phoebe worries about losing a new boyfriend.

"Survivor: Thailand," 7 p.m., CBS. The fifth person is ousted.

"Monk," 7 p.m., ABC. Monk thinks a marathon runner was killed by one of the other competitors.
