Arroyo will be visiting with her husband, Jose Miguel Arroyo, and will be honored tonight at a public banquet at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Earlier, she is expected to visit with Adm. Thomas Fargo, commander in chief of U.S. forces in the Pacific, and attend a luncheon hosted by Gov. Ben Cayetano and Vicky Cayetano. She is scheduled to tour the Filipino Community Center in Waipahu this afternoon.

During Arroyo's visit, police are advising motorists to be prepared for traffic delays. As her motorcade travels about the island, police will shut down portions of the freeway.

The greatest impacts will be between 7:30 and 8:30 this morning ,when the motorcade leaves the airport for Waikiki, and from 3:30 to 4:30 this afternoon when the motorcade travels from Waipahu to Waikiki.

Tomorrow, Arroyo will leave Waikiki for the airport between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. The actual routes that will be taken are being kept confidential.
