• A proposed constitutional amendment that will be on the general election ballot would allow prosecutors to bring felony charges through "information charging" and would be an alternative to using a grand jury or a preliminary hearing. A headline on Page B1 yesterday was wrong because of an editor's error. A lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union seeking to nullify the amendment asks the court to block voting on the amendment and to ensure that none of the votes cast on the question be counted. The B1 story contained erroneous information because of an editor's error.

• Rick Tsujimura testified in a City Council hearing yesterday on a proposal to ban roosters in residential neighborhoods. His name was misspelled in a story on Page B1 because of a reporter's error.

• A recipe for oxtail soup on Page F2 of Wednesday's Taste section calls for 2 cubes of beef bouillon. Because of a reporter's error, an incorrect measurement was given.
