Weekly Thoughts

A character in one of William Locke's novels says, "I would like to take life by the throat and choke something out of it." But life cannot be man-handled. Life is like a bank. The more you put in, the more you can take out ... with interest. Most of us don't get more out of life because we don't put more into it.
