LORETTA "RITA" DUTERTE, 70, of Hanama'ulu, Kaua'i, died Oct. 23, 2002. Born on O'ahu. A housekeeper. ERNEST TORRES FELICIANO, 77, of Honolulu, died Oct. 7, 2002. Born on Maui. A retired state heavy equipment operator. ARTHUR CLAUDE JOHNSON, 87, of 'Ewa Beach, died Oct. 23, 2002. A retired chief electrician at Barbers Point. Survived by sons, Ronald, Alfred and Raymond; daughters, Harriet Osumi-Snow, Bertha Ah Loy and April Bowlin; 19 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchild. JAMES KANUHA KAMAKANI, 76, of Waipahu, died Oct. 18, 2002. Born in Honolulu. A retired taxicab mechanic.
