Most of U.S. changes time
Advertiser Staff
Standard time returns to most of America today. The hour of change was 2 a.m., local time, but most people made the change before hitting the sack last night and gained an extra hour of sleep. Daylight-saving time returns April 6.
Arizona, Hawai'i, the part of Indiana in the Eastern time zone, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and American Samoa do not observe daylight-saving time.
