Rain may dampen trick-or-treat spirit

An umbrella may not be the spookiest Halloween costume accessory, but it might come in handy tonight.

The National Weather Service is predicting a chance of showers for tonight's trick or treaters, said meteorologist Tim Craig.

"Mostly windward, typical trade showers," he said. "I think the kids on the Leeward side will get some, too."

He said most of it will be light but downpours are possible, he said.
