LILLIAN SACHIKO FUJIWARA, 72, of Honolulu, died Aug. 29, 2002. Born in Honolulu. A retired Carol & Mary seamstress. LEONARD G. HIGGINS, 51, of Honolulu, died Aug. 27, 2002. Born in Wailuku, Maui. A Honolulu Police Department reserve police officer for 19 years. A Cutter Company parts man.
