Celebrations

Spencer R. and Elizabeth "Bette" Flenniken Smith of Honolulu celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a luncheon attended by family and friends July 25 at The Arcadia. The Smiths were married July 25, 1942, in Honolulu, and they have five children and 11 grandchildren. Spencer Smith is a retired Navy rear admiral and a retired bank vice president. (Pictured.)

Reece Morgan Kalama Aiwohi of Kane'ohe celebrated his first birthday with a luncheon hosted by his parents, Lorrie Morgan and Eric Aiwohi, on Aug. 24 at their home. Reece was born Aug. 24, 2001.

Celinda Auli'ikolomanu Stanton of Waimanalo, daughter of Robert and Doreen Stanton, celebrated her 13th birthday with various events throughout August, including plays, dinners and family gatherings hosted by her parents. Celinda, born Aug. 19, 1989, is an eighth-grader at St. Andrew's Priory.
