Mink remains in intensive care

U.S. Rep. Patsy Mink remained in the intensive care unit at Straub Hospital and Clinic today, according to her office.Mink is battling pneumonia brought on by chicken pox. At her family's request, no information is being released on her condition.
Mink was admitted to Straub on Aug. 30 and moved to the intensive care unit on Sept. 1.
Mink is seeking re-election in the 2nd congressional district.
