• An incorrect photograph ran with the background information on Honolulu City Council District 1 candidate Mike Chambrella in a Local News story posted yesterday because of an editor's error.

• A Local News story posted Thursday misstated D.G. "Andy" Anderson's position on taxes because of an editing error. Anderson's position should have read as follows: Opposes any tax increase; favors eliminating the excise tax on food, but does not believe the state can afford to now; favors eliminating the state excise tax on purchases made by counties.

• A Sept. 11 memorial service that had been scheduled for 12:45 p.m. tomorrow at Punchbowl has been cancelled. Incorrect information was published in a Local News listing Thursday because of an editor's error.
